We take your privacy seriously. PriceQ collects minimal data, never sells your information, and only uses your email to send alerts you have explicitly requested.
1. Information We Collect Minimal
PriceQ collects minimal information to provide our service:
- Email address — only when you set up a price drop alert
- Search queries — used to fetch product data, stored anonymously
- Usage data — pages visited, anonymous analytics to improve the service
We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email address is used solely to send you price drop alerts that you have explicitly requested. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional messages without your consent.
You can cancel any alert at any time by contacting us at contact@priceq.in
Search queries are used to fetch product data from third-party APIs and generate AI comparisons. They may be stored anonymously to improve search accuracy over time.
3. Third-Party Services
PriceQ uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Amazon Product Advertising API — for product data
- Flipkart Affiliate API — for product data
- Google Gemini AI — for generating comparison summaries
- RapidAPI — for supplementary product data
- Resend — for transactional email delivery
- Google Analytics — for anonymous, aggregated statistics about how visitors use the site
- Google AdSense — for displaying advertisements (see section 4)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them independently.
4. Cookies
PriceQ uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site (for example pages viewed, time on site and links clicked). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
